ARRIVED MAR. 27. THIS PLACE IS A DISCRACE TO THE TOURIST ASSOC. OF FLORIDA!!!!!

THE PLACE IS FILTHY. I ASKED THE CLERK IF ANYBODY CLEANS THE STAIRWELLS & HE WASN'T SURE. I ASKED WHEN THE HALLS WERE CLEANED LAST. HE INFORMED ME THE PERSON DOING THE SECOND FLOOR AROUND 2402 HAD LEFT THE VACUUM RUNNING AT THE END OF THE HALL & LEFT THE BUILDING. I CAN UNDERSTAND WHY THERE WERE VACANCIES AT THIS HOTEL. IT WAS TOO MUCH OF A PIG PEN FOR ANYONE TO WANT TO STAY AFTER THEY SAW IT IN DAYLIGHT.

PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!!!.

We stayed here for race weekend. Our toilet did not work when we arrived in the room. We had a hard time getting them to put us in another room. They did not want to work with us on this. The hallway floors were dirty. Rooms were okay but not great. Cleaning service never replenished our towels each day, much less the soap. Very difficult to find your way around the hotel to your room, it was like a maze. No sprinkler system in hotel and the fire alarms appeared to be hanging from the ceiling and not working. Scary! Only plus about the whole "Inn" was the pool area. Continential Breakfast was lacking. The restaurants they have listed as close by were not there. So you pay for what you get which is nothing.

This is the only review you need to read. I travel 25 weeks out of the year. This hotel was great. Clean, comfortable and affordable.

Room was clean and spacious for 2 people. You would not want more than 4 per room. Nice furniture, table, floor lamp, window that opens, had a pool view. Bottom floor pool view has walk out patio. Room had iron, ironing board, coffee maker with coffee and filters, hair dryer, safe and they supplied shampoo and soap that was nice enough to actually use. Shower cap for the ladies.

Continental breakfast was great, no meat or eggs offered but it was great for being free, bagels, danish, toast, apple and orange juice, cream cheese/butter 3 different kinds of cereal, milk, coffee, peel and eat fruit.....all fresh....great for free. Ponderosa offers breakfast buffet for 3.99 just across the street.

This hotel was right on the strip but was quiet. Can walk to everything, mini golf, food, gift shops, mini marts. The hotel had 4 shops right out front, no need to ever drive. Shuttle service was not used so I cannot comment. Wet n wild 2 min, 8 min from sea world, 15-20 from Disney. Went during off season so I'm sure during peak traffic would add time.

Hotel has a small arcade near pool. Pool was ok, clean enough but not gleaming from cleanliness. They did have a kiddie pool....no Jacuzzi. This would be an excellent choice for a family trying to save some $$, they did charge a 15 dollar resort fee at check out. I stayed 5 nights at $250 and would do it again.

Buy an entertainment coupon book, I saved half on food while there. I recommend salt island for fine dining, I would not take kids, you can get 'em a happy meal across the street. The other is a place called Cafe Gauguin, its in the Rosen Centre Hotel its really not easy to find but it has the best buffet I have ever seen, very upscale for a buffet....and its bogo w/ entertainment so 2 can eat for 20. I probably ate $200 worth of food......not your normal buffet. Its worth tracking this place down 9840 international drive. And salt island just a block from the hotel. You cannot go wrong with this location and price.

Economic, clean place for the money. good staff, nice people. been here many times.

The I-Drive was a nightmare from the beginning!

I had to call the police the first 5 minutes we were there! I'm disabled and require an assistance animal and the hotel tried to segregate my family and I and force us to stay in a room away from everyone so my service dog wouldn't "scare other residents" or get "hair" in a room where someone with allergies might stay.

I had to argue with the manager for an hour and provide information on the law myself. Since they were violating FL law 413.08 as well as the ADA our room was switched 3 whole doors down. A DOJ report has been filed.

We stayed the 26-31 and our room was not cleaned one time. The carpet was bubbled and torn all over and the smell of mold was apparent. It looked as if it had been flooded and then left to dry. We all left with stuffy noses. Our keys to the doors wouldn't work, we had to go get our own towels everyday to take a shower! The doors were chipped, the bathroom had paint that was never covered from before and the ceilings were so low, I could rest my entire palm on the ceiling. Forget trying to find someone to speak English to help you!

We had to take out our own trash and my husband made our bed. If you were hoping for a romantic vacation with your husband forget it. The next family checking in actually took a picture of a roach as they were walking to their room. I couldn't pack our bags fast enough! The beds were nasty with stains and so uncomfortable I think I need a Dr. If we are stranded without a hotel again "I" will "drive" my car to a parking space and sleep there!
