48 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
No good, crap housekeeping and worst mangement seen till date.
When asked for towels and shampoo the lady on the front desk straight the way told me that's it, the one provided in the room no more then that and if you want more pay $ per item, late i told her that there is only 1 towel in the room she says what else you expect,we only provide 1 towel in the room...... what a mess paying $ 60/- per night and asking price for extra towels & shampoo,and that too with a franchisee hotel..... shame and disgusting.
The bed sheets & towels where pale & yellow & not upto the standard.
The Housekeeping just came vacummed /cleaned the Bathroom in 5 minutes as if they where in a rush or on contract.They hardly spend 10 minutes on my room and did not even changed the Bedsheets, the just tucked it properly hence it seems like the hosekeeping was done.
Planned to stay for 6 nights but checkeout in 2 night.

Horrible
The photos shown to advertise this motel are false. The rooms are falling apart and NOT kept up to standards at all. Pictures look great but they are not the true look. Front desk person was not friendly and not helpful. Very bad attitude.

Undergoing renovation so everything was in disarray. Bed was lumpy, lighting was poor, very noisy location. Poor pool facilities, small bathroom with very thin towels.
