I travel a lot for business, got a decent rate ($80/night), room was clean, nice bathroom al-in-all a decent deal for this area if you're traveling for business and staying a night or two. Reminded me of a Hampton/Courtyard type stay.
CONS: The breakfast selection was weak as was the coffee, slow elevators and the night desk clerk was snoozing on the lobby couch leaving the front door unattended late at night. Basically no security other than the lock on your room door.
