Meridian Palms Hotel - Page 2

We just got back from the Meridian Palms and we had a great time. The breakfast is nothing fancy but enough to get the morning started. The coffee was available all day which is a plus for my husband and me.

This hotel is located very closely to the Disney Parks and there is a lot of restaurants close by. IHOP is within walking distance and a great place to have breakfast for dinner.

Staff was helpful and polite. After reading reviews about being able to see fireworks from this hotel I asked for a room with fireworks view. They were very accommodating. I traveled with husband and two children ages 4 and 8 for five nights. I do not think I have ever slept so good at a hotel. The beds were A+. The rooms were kind of tight but kept clean and that’s very important for us. We had a great time.

When we walked in the room, we said “Wow!”

It looked just like the pictures on the website and have 32" flat panel TV's. The beds were very comfortable; we slept well. We made coffee in the morning while we were dressing and then had a very nice breakfast . The sausage gravy and biscuits were great. The kids had oatmeal and toast with juice. They even had Seattle's Best coffee.

It’s very close to Disney and not far from Universal and SeaWorld. The staff was very pleasant and had answers to all of our questions. Everything was so clean that we will definitely stay there again!

This hotel was a wonderful experience. We stayed for only one night Saturday 03/17/2007.

This is just 1 mile from Disney, you are right there and do not miss a beat. Check in was a breeze and the staff was very helpful. The lady at the front desk even gave us a nice surprise, since it was the kid’s (2 ½ and 1 ½) first time in Disney, she gave us a room with a fireworks view.

If we looked out the window between 8 and 10 we would see them. That was a cool little perk I did not expect. Our room was on the 4th floor and it was spotless. Everything looked exactly as on the website. It was a modern room with great amenities including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee, and a flat panel cable TV. Everything worked great.

The bathroom was very clean and they provided good quality soaps and shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The bed was super comfortable the only thing I did not like were the pillows (too thick for me).

Breakfast was included and it was your basic mix of waffles, bagels, mini muffins, cereal, fruit and drinks. I will definitely stay here again. It was an excellent hotel for the money.

The location was good as to our visit to Disney. The price was also good. The morning breakfast was good and the people were very cooperative.

The hotel was comfortable. There was a mix up on the number of rooms that we were to have. The hotel did accommodate for the confusion. I didn't like the fact that they had the number of rooms wrong after a nineteen-hour drive. I did like that they corrected their mistake.

This hotel made me feel respected: We were extremely tired and they did go the extra mile to correct the miscommunication and give me a discounted rate.

The place is well maintained, close to Disney, it has a free breakfast and it is reasonably priced.

It had friendly service, and a good breakfast menu always.

I have found all of their hotels kept in brand new condition, extremely clean, and sanitary. They have a great friendly staff at all locations we have been.

This hotel made me feel practical: I liked the price being affordable. It was a comfortable, not tacky or extravagant, room.

I like the decor, the cleanliness, the amount, and quality of the towels, the internet hook up, the price, and the large selection of breakfast items.

I have always liked Hampton Inns.

The room was nice enough but it was cheaper to eat elsewhere, so we did.

The inn is close to Disney and to stores on Route 192. Also, we've been there before and liked it. The only problem is there is not an easy way to find it except for landmarks.

I liked the security within the hotel.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The person at the desk welcomed us and offered different available sight-seeing places. Very friendly to talk with.

The breakfast is especially good.

I didn't like the hotel being right off I-4, it might have been annoying if we were in a room closer to the highway. I could hear the traffic clearly when I was outside the hotel.
