Great hotel- in the right part of Nice. Can walk to everything. It is clean, and the staff helpful. Breakfast is pricey, but worth it. No coffee in room which for an American was a little difficult, but McDs is around the corner. Lovely to get a cup ...

Excelent location . lovely clean and spacious rooms, I stayed 3 nights with my family, I will certainly stay at this hotel again. nice balcony with excellent view of the city and the sea, friendly staff. breakfasts average.
