We arrived at this hotel exhausted after a long day and a five hour ride only to find that our room was let to another party. Our confirmation number was worthless. They sent us to a nearby Hilton and said they were going to pay the room rate with free breakfast for our inconvenience but when we arrived at the Hilton the clerk told us the Marriott had been sending parties to him all night with the same story...they'd pay...but as the clerk told us, no such financial arrangement between the two hotels existed...they just wanted out of their hair and out of their lobby...we were on our own. The Hilton, by the way, was great!
