It was as expected.

Great hotel. Inside looks like a big city hotel. Staff is very friendly and professional. On business, I attended a meeting held at the hotel and the room was great, food was excellent and service was above my expectations. Was concerned at first about hotel in downtown, but I will always return there if I'm Canton.

Unique hotel in downtown Canton. Very beautiful decor and the rooms are very clean and spacious. Excellent location for business meetings. Nice indoor pool and fitness center. Service and food was exceptional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

It is located in the middle of downtown. It is a wonderful upscale type of place with many luxuries and fun things to do such as a jacuzzi, a pool, an exercise and workout room, a beautiful lobby and comfortable down-filled comforters and pillows on the double beds. The room service for breakfast was delicious and it was our first time for this service. The discounted rate applied to our reservation was obtained as a result of Parents' Weekend Celebration at nearby Malone College, which our son attended! We also enjoyed some good family type movies on cable there and we have enjoyed the restaurant in the past.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The courtesy, the politeness and the smiles made me feel sophisticated.

They had cookies, huge ones, at the desk and the breakfast was small but the pool was real nice.
