Horrible
This place bills itself as a historical "gem". It's really an overpriced, outdated place with a very inefficient, rude staff, tiny and VERY NOISY rooms (you can hear every word from your neighbor's room). Guests have to share the slow elevators with ...

Horrible
Courteous staff and hotel "looks" nice, but I was miserable at this hotel. My 1rst room was on the 3rd floor and despite earplugs, a fan, and pillows, the persistant street noise (buses then trash trucks, cars, etc.) prevented sleep. The capable...

Mediocre
Clean, well-located hotel with nicely decorated rooms and friendly staff. Downside is noise...walls are very thin and you can easily hear your neighbor's TV..very disturbing.
23 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I found this hotel relatively expensive. Though there were lots of good things like valet parking, free wine of wednesday etc.. The high speed internet was free.
If you want to do some shopping, this is the place to stay. There's a macy's, West Lake center around the hotel. So you'll have a nice time going there. All in all this is a good place to stay though a bit expensive.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Mayflower Park Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Okay
All Review Photos We had a queen deluxe - room was spacious, bath was small. Conveniently located for shopping and downtown attractions. Service was good, but not outstanding.

Good
An excellent traditional hotel. Pleasant, well attended rooms, and a friendly, personal staff. The main restaurant is excellent, while the bar is cozy and slightly dark.
