Mayfair Hotel and Spa

We stayed for three nights in May 2006. The noise was awful. We were woken up by the street noise and were unable to go to sleep because of the steel guitar band at a nearby club the second night. The rooms were adequate and we loved the plasma screen TV.

The service was outstanding. The staff worked diligently to accommodate all needs.

This hotel made me feel inspired: The open-air atriums were nice offering plenty of natural sunlight. The veranda was with Japanese spa.

The hotel was very comfortable. The bathroom was awesome. I loved the hot tub on the balcony. The atrium was where our reception was held and I would not recommend it in the summer, as it was very hot. Also, the location was convenient to restaurants and things to do, but the outside noise continued through the night into the early morning hours. I slept with the television on to block out the street noise. All in all, it was a good experience.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff was friendly. The feel of the hotel was luxurious without being stuffy. The furnishings were comfortable and not too fussy.
