Mayan Princess Belize hotel is located right on the beach, in the heart of San Pedro on the beautiful isle of Ambergris Caye. The Mayan princess was apparently the first nicer resort to get built on the downtown San Pedro waterfront a number of years ago. It's still a great place to stay for a mid-level budget.
The location is great, right on the beach with nice views of the Caribbean and located right in the heart of town in San Pedro. You can walk to numerous bars, restaurants, shops, dive shops, even the airport. The Mayan Princess is actually a condo-hotel, with all of the rooms owned by people, but they rent them out just like a regular hotel. The employees were friendly, the maid service was prompt, and we liked the free daily Continental breakfast and free Internet access.

Great location and perfect view...very nice covered balconies overlooking Fido's dock...bed is quite uncomfortable...nice kitchenette and frig....LOVED...
