Maui Sugar Beach Inn is a "Six Suite" Beach Chalet. Truly unlike any other Apartment Hotel or Inn in Kihei, we have no minimum night stay. Our guests are delighted with a large one bedroom suite, full kitchen, King or Queen bed, wireless Internet, swimming pool, gas grill, reserved free parking, and privacy. The inn is only 100 steps from Kihei's Beautiful Sugar Beach. Our perfect location and the lowest rates in Kihei make a vacation or business travel to Maui not only convenient but affordable. No parties and no traffic guarantee a quiet retreat for business and leisure travelers looking for well-equipped, clean, affordable lodging. Maui Sugar Beach Inn is small, private, and intimate giving each guest a true vacation retreat for the night, week, or months at the lowest affordable rates available on the island. There are many beauties about staying at the Maui Sugar Beach Inn. Offering five (5) very nice one bedroom apartment suites, and a gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath penthouse suite on the second floor. The Inn best accommodates the Romantic Vacation, Honeymooner, Business Travel, Group Travel, and Extended Stay. It is a lovely arrangement for groups needing multiple units together. Sugar Beach Inn can accommodate 8 couples maximum. The Inn is nestled at the end of a short cul-de-sac directly across the street from a very secluded, four mile stretch of tan sand beach circling the Ma'alaea Bay. Along Sugar Beach is excellent swimming, sunbathing, strolling, whale watching, windsurfing, snorkeling, and romantic sunsets. The Inn is in a wonderful location making it especially easy to enter and exit the town of Kihei. The Inn is only 10 miles from the Kahului Airport, 8 miles to Wailea and 10 to Makena, 20 miles to Lahaina, and 30 miles to Hana. Maui Sugar Beach Inn also features "The Master Suite of Sugar Beach." This is a second floor penthouse suite with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is large with a king bed and private fully tiled bath with shower and two pedestal sinks. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom has a queen + a twin. The second bathroom is large and beautifully tiled with a jetted bathtub and pedestal sink. The penthouse has a lodge-style appearance with large over sized bamboo furnishing to fill the huge living spaces. It's decorated with a tropical and country charm. This beautiful suite has a great 1700 square foot floor plan for spacious living and comfort. It features 16' cathedral ceilings, huge windows for sun and stars, gas grills for outdoor dining, and two private, very large, outdoor, partially covered decks to enjoy the shade and the stars at night. The penthouse kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and comforts to make your cooking experiences easy and clean. The refrigerator has an ice-maker/water dispenser, dishwasher, there are spices in the cupboards, there is coffee, creamer, and sugar provided, along with all the other necessities such as paper products, garbage bags, soap and more. The use of the washer and dryer is free to all our guests and The Inn provides laundry soap and softener for our guests. This penthouse sleeps a maximum of 7 guests and all guests must be over 16. In addition to the main penthouse is an additional lock-out suite. It features another fully furnished, fully tiled suite, with a kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room with a beautiful Hawaiian mural and bamboo furnishings, and a bedroom with a queen bed. This unit also has a balcony, private entrance, and gas grill. Overall Maui Sugar Beach Inn is an ideal situation for guests who do not need room service, bars or restaurants, or daily housekeeping (although available upon request). The Inn offers affordable rates and includes many amenities hotels charge extra.
