The room was dirty, the people staying there made me feel uncomfortable, and it was noisey. The clerk behind the desk took 15 minutes to check us in because she was on a personal phone call.

We checked into the motel last August and there were holes in the walls inside our room. In addition to the repairs that needed to be made, the air conditioning did not work. We had to switch rooms at almost 9:00 at night to a room where the plumbing wasn't working. To make it worse, we were traveling with small children.

This hotel was awful. I'm not picky about hotels but this one was dirty, noisy, unsafe.
First, the lobby smelled awful. It felt like I was standing in a nightlounge because of the strong smoke smell. The employees were not very nice. I arrived at 10am and was told I could not check in yet, which was understandable. I had flown all night and asked when I could check in. I was told to come back at 2pm. I came back at 2:15 pm and was told that I could not check in yet. So I waited. Another couple came in about 5 minutes later and they were able to check in without a problem. The staff waited until 3pm to let me check in.
I got to the room and it was dark and musty. The carpet was disgusting. I did not want to take my shoes off. I wore socks the whole time in that room. There were stains on the carpet, in the sink, on the curtains and a big brown stain on the chair. One of the beds was broken and the dresser was also broken. The bed linens were disgusting. I did not sleep on them. I went to target and bought bed linens and pillows to use for my stay.
I was scared to leave my room at night. It was noisy and there were always people yelling and screaming. Cars would screech in and out of the parking lot at all times of the night. Doors were slamming. Beer cans were all over the parking lot.
Please do not let the price of this hotel tempt you to stay here. You are better of spending your money for a better hotel.

Our stay was horrible. I would never stay here again. It was loud and noisy. We had to call the front desk twice, which didn't help. At one point, I thought someone was trying to break in on us. The A/C did not work during the day, and the room was dirty and old. The doorknob to the bathroom was broken, and we couldn't get towels.
We had stayed at a Masters Inn previously and it was very nice, so I thought this would be the same. It was not. Next time I will pay a little more money and stay closer to the beach.
