It is very well kept. It looks brand new and has a friendly staff.

There was a small problem with doors not closing properly. The room and property were very comfortable.

This was a very nice hotel. It was close to Disney World. It had a nice room and lots to do. Because the hotel was so big, there were people everywhere! I also had a problem with the bathroom the first night and I thought the hotel could have been a little more accommodating than they were.

All went well and they had nice rooms.

The location is great (on International Drive), and it's just around the corner from Sea World and other Orlando attractions, and only about 20-30 minutes from the airport.

The restaurant, Nick's, is outstanding. The food and service are delicious. Even the Pizza Hut on the grounds is great. There are many buildings for the vacation clubbers as well as quite a few pools. There are the pools for the family, the kids and the socializers as well as quiet pools.

I loved the kitchenettes. The full apartments have a full kitchen plus a washer and dryer. The rooms are quiet, and the beds are comfortable. The pull-out beds from the couches are very uncomfortable, so don't try those.

The only down side is to whoever designed it, only put one elevator per building. There is no elevator for maintenance and housekeeping. It can be quite busy and congested at times. The grocery stores are quite close for those who like to keep some meals in the room.

The location is great, right next to Sea World and Disney. Marriott always has the best amenities and always has a kind and courteous staff.

There was a minor problem of being billed for use of the hotel safe, which I didn't use. As soon as I questioned it, they removed the charge. The room was described as being wheelchair accessible, but it was hard to move my wheelchair around in there. The bathroom, however, was very accessible. The chef was very friendly and tried to be helpful, but his English was so poor, he didn't understand what I was talking about, and so the food did not suit my needs.

This hotel made me feel secure: The keycards were handled well.

I loved the bedding in the master suite of the room. The layout and furniture were nice. The resort location was great. I liked the balconies but there is a need for a light out there. The rooms need dimmers for the lighting. The fitness center needs much improvement.

It was just what we wanted.

This is our home resort and we were not disappointed. The place was upscale and immaculate. We took our whole family and the amenities were superb.

This hotel made me feel pampered: This is a high end resort and everything is elegant. We felt like we were living the high life.

The hotel was very nice. It was more crowded then expected, especially in the pool area. The guest rooms were nice. However, the toilet overflowed. I called to tell the front desk and someone was going to fix it. When we came back the toilet overflowed again! I called and complained and demanded another room, which I did get after that. The next night we found a cockroach in the room. Other than that, we had a good stay and the staff was friendly.

It's an excellent property.

The rooms were very nice and a great size for four people. Make sure you have a map to get back and forth if you are going to Disney or Universal, as it can get a bit confusing. It's a very nice place!

The bathroom not properly clean and I picked up a foot fungus.
