Marriott's Custom House

The location is excellent, easily in walking distance to most points of interest. When necessary or desirable, cab service is prompt and reasonably priced. The furnishings are beginning to show their age.

I am an owner at this resort. I usually get an outstanding room with a great view when I travel there on vacation. This was a business trip that had to be made at the last minute. I told reservations that I was an owner at this resort. This information did not get transmitted to the Custom House front desk. I was not pleased with my room location. They said the hotel was sold out and there was nothing they could do about it.

We had air conditioner and bedroom TV problems which were never resolved in spite of several efforts on our part.

This hotel made me feel entertained: They provided musical entertainment in the counting room on several nights during our stay.

I think that this hotel is amazing.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: There was a warm reception, I liked the cookies and water ready for me on my bed and the cover turn-down. In the evening the hotel was very brightly lit as they turned on all the lights.
