My recent 5 night stay (June 2008) exceeded expectations. The villa was spacious, modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet and everything worked great. Staff was outstanding -- friendly, helpful, and similar to the service at a Ritz-Carlton. Villas feature full kitchen, dining and living rooms, separate bedrooms; master has whirlpool tub. Full access to adjacent Marriott World Center facilities (health club, pools) with an on-demand shuttle to take you there. Couldn't have been happier with my stay.

We really liked the Location, the staff, and the Villa. It was very close to Disney, SeaWorld, Univeral, and the International Blvd, where all of the food and some shows are. It was easy as pie from the Airport to this Villa as well, and the people...

The only complaints I have are that the bed in the master suite was incredibly uncomfortable and the furniture in the living room was uncomfortable. The location is close to the theme parks in Orlando. The facilities were modern, clean, and well kept.
I am very likely
to return to the Marriott's Royal Palms.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
