We rented for 2 years and decided to become an owner once a unit became available (usually due to death or divorce). We love the gated location and all that is available to us inside. The bike trails are amazing and amenities are just outstanding. We will come for the rest of our lives, and our young children always ask when how long until we can come back. Yes, there are newer models available with more amenities. But if you're looking for a slower, more relaxed atmosphere that is still family oriented, you can't beat the Monarch at Sea Pines. You're right ON the ocean without the nuisance of having hotels on both sides next door to you. Not many other properties can boast that!

They are consistent in presentation, comfort, amenities, and service. There are never any surprises. I love the location.

It was fine. It had a nice ocean view and location.

The location is right on the beach with a spacious ocean front room.

The people were just great attending to our needs and requests.

The room was not available as promised and the cleaning crew was in the room when we finally got a key.

It was very nice, but we had mice in our unit and we were moved to a less desirable location.

Service was overall fine, but our room was not ready on time this year. Parking is always a problem in the evening. Last year we had parking problems because of dumpsters in the parking lot and garbage pickup was poor.
