Good
Our family of five (kids 7,9,11) has stayed here twice now (both times during New Years week). I have to say we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this resort. We had a free week both times (long story), but were still reluctant to book a...

Excellent
We stayed at the Marriott Desert Villas II with Virgin Holidays (UK) for 2 weeks.
We paid the extra to have a 1 bedroom suite. It was absolutely huge! Everything was spotless. The views of the golf course and the mountains in the background were...

Okay
Our first week was in the lock-out portion which we found confining and needed up-dating. On the positive side they did honour our request for an upper, golf course view unit. The second week we moved into the full one bedroom unit which was...

Resort accomodations; signature service. While the rooms were stuffy they were clean. What we loved were the variety of amenities on-site. The massage was just OK which was not OK for what they charge. My kids (and husband) love the buffet. Kids also can enjoy the boat ride around the lagoon. Nice for awhile but after 5 trips around...it's time for the pool.:-) Like a lot of the resorts in the desert they offer poolside evening movies which is nice for the kids. It's a big and, at times, busy hotel/resort. We'll likely stay again but we like it a bit more quite.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Marriott's Desert Springs Villas II.
I might recommend it to friends.

Peaceful environment, fully loaded rooms with convenience of "home", close to shopping areas and grocery stores, great for whole family or couple as romantic retreat. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

We had a great time, especially since it included tennis every day. We also had beautiful weather so we could relax right at our room. Everyone seemed friendly.
I am very likely
to return to the Marriott's Desert Springs Villas II.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
