Good
70 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

My expectations were very high and they were met with the exception of the slow telephone response at times.

I am very likely to return to the Marriott's Desert Springs Villas I.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Good
69 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

I had requested specific buildings but they had not considered my request and they were not available upon my check in.

The gate is guarded and they have roving patrols.

I am very likely to return to the Marriott's Desert Springs Villas I.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Good
60 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

We liked the facility and the staff was friendly. The pool bar at the main hotel was a problem because we couldn't charge it to our room, and cash at a pool is not convenient.

The staff acted as if you were special whenever we had a request of question.

I am very likely to return to the Marriott's Desert Springs Villas I.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Okay
43 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

While the rooms were stuffy they were clean. What we loved were the variety of amenities on-site.

The massage was just OK, which was not OK for what they charge.

My kids and husband loved the buffet. Kids can also enjoy the boat ride around the lagoon. Nice for awhile but after 5 trips around, it's time for the pool.

Like a lot of the resorts in the desert, they offer poolside evening movies which is nice for the kids.

It's a big and, at times, busy hotel/resort. We'll likely stay again, but we like it a bit more quiet.

I saw nice big smiles by the entrance. The fast check-in was pleasant and easy. They even gave me a person to follow on my way to my room.
