We liked the facility and the staff was friendly. The pool bar at the main hotel was a problem because we couldn't charge it to our room, and cash at a pool is not convenient.
The staff acted as if you were special whenever we had a request of question.

While the rooms were stuffy they were clean. What we loved were the variety of amenities on-site.
The massage was just OK, which was not OK for what they charge.
My kids and husband loved the buffet. Kids can also enjoy the boat ride around the lagoon. Nice for awhile but after 5 trips around, it's time for the pool.
Like a lot of the resorts in the desert, they offer poolside evening movies which is nice for the kids.
It's a big and, at times, busy hotel/resort. We'll likely stay again, but we like it a bit more quiet.
My friends and I stay here every year. Its the best. Amazing pool, golf course, nightclub, restaurants all on the facility. I recomend getting one of the condos on the golf course. its more room and you have access to the pools there and the big one ...
