People were nice and everything looked beautiful, but our room had a severely bumpy floor (like the cement wasn't flat under the carpet). My husband has drop foot and if he'd been traveling with me we would not have been able to stay in the room.

I took a dr persribed pillow with me to the hotel in a very different looking pillow case. When returned to my room the first night it was gone and was never recovered. I was never reimbursed and it was a major ordeal to try to get the hotels insurance.
