Staff communication is poor due to the fact that my sister was not allowed to enter her room without a major credit card, in which the room had been placed on hold with my credit card. She waited 6 hours in the lobby until I arrived from California.

My favorite hotel chain. I always stay at Marriott when have a choice.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: New looking furniture/carpet in the room. Very soft and comfortable bedding. Okayed my late checkout without a hassle so I got to sleep in before catching my flight.
