The hotel location is convenient to work. The rooms are always clean. They have nice beds and bedding. The gym has enough equipment for the guests. There was no waiting even at a busy time.

The Marriott hotel was very nice. The nice lobby area set the stage for a nice, luxurious experience at the Marriott hotel.

The majority of the staff was friendly and helpful. There was only one that couldn't help us with directions and that we couldn't understand because of the heavy accent.

The iron in the hotel room was faulty. As I was ironing a new skirt from my luggage, black discharge came out of the steam holes on the iron and dirtied my skirt. The hotel said they would cover the dry cleaning; however, the service was not as fast as it should have been (I got it back late the next day, after having to ask where the clothing was), and the hotel attempted to bill me for the service. That was the only bad experience with the hotel.
