Marriott is my hotel of choice, and this one matched the expected high standards!

This hotel made me feel entertained: They have very friendly bartenders in the lobby bar.

My stay was a pleasant one.

This hotel made me feel important: The staff was very welcoming. Every time we stepped into the lobby we were treated with the utmost respect. We had a great time staying at the hotel and we will be back soon.

The hotel is exceedingly beautiful. My husband was at a conference there, and I was left with days to myself. I didn't leave the hotel and had the most restful and enjoyable vacation ever! The spa is wonderful and reasonably priced.

This hotel made me feel content: We didn't have to worry about anything. Our room had a great view. The restaurants were wonderful. The elevators were fast. We didn't have to wait for anything. Everything was perfect.

I like the Marriott Corporation. Their treatment of Military personal both active or retired from the service is outstanding. I have and will continue to use their facilities.

This hotel made me feel secure: Their facilities are well lighted and the procedures to enter and exit, especially after hours are excellent. Marriott Hotels are very consistent with respect to security.

It was a completely satisfactory stay. The room attendants were helpful and fulfilled every request. The location was very scenic, and was sufficiently close to those sites we wished to visit. I could have used a softer bed, but this is my usual complaint about every hotel I visit, as I have a bad back. My request for additional foam padding was ignored, as is true for every other hotel.

The hotel was close to Tampa General Hospital for my family when I had surgery. I arrived before the scheduled time of the reservation and was made comfortable immediately.

Driving directions to the hotel on the hotels website were not up to date. It was very confusing. The interstate exit given was out of date. The hotel address is on a one way street. It took over an hour to find the hotel. Others attending the convention took over an hour at night to find it from the airport!

The down comforter on the bed was a bit too warm. Otherwise, it was very nice.
