Smokers clustered near entrance I had to use. The concierge desk could not answer questions about sightseeing nearby, noting only that 'they all close in an hour. The bathroom was dirty with hair from the previous tenant in the tub and dirt on the floor under the sink area. Regrettably, will not stay at Wardman again.

I am very likely to return to the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel.

The room was flooded from a toilet next door and the hotel just sent in blow dryers and did not offer to move me or assist. The maintenance men were more concerned about the job they had to do than about the comfort or inconvenience of the patrons.

I am not likely to return to the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The hotel had no parking spaces on arrival, and I was not notified about the $23 per night parking fee. The bell boy was very unfriendly but got better after a good tip. I liked the large lounge. The front desk people were very diligent. The cleaning service arrived after 3 PM when we were back in the hotel; we expected them to clean the room sometimes between 10-12 in the morning.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

The coffee maker was extremely dusty and unappealing; they didn't have a 'do not disturb' card to hang on door in the room; there were no directions on how to adjust the air conditioning unit in the room; and the room for the meeting wasn't ready as expected.

We need a handicapped room due to my husband's disability (he is quadriplegic), but the handicapped room was smoking and we wanted non-smoking. I have asthma, so being in a smoking room was really awful, but we had no choice. They need more non-smoking handicapped rooms!

The room was in (3211 believe) was old and needed to be renovated. There was a smell to the room (i was in non-smoking, the lighting was poor, the decor outdated, the heater did not work at times, and the bed, blankets, and pillows were cheap and unc.

Way too much money for internet access. Had realized they would be charging so much, would have stayed elsewhere as internet access is very important for my day-to-day activities.

This hotel made me feel content: Easy to get in and out. Close to metro and resturants.
