I disliked the unfriendly staff and the fact that I reserved a crib two months in advance and I could not get one when we checked in.

It was very easy to get on and off of the metro and go wherever needed. It's within walking distance of the zoo. They made a great host for our conference. It was beautifully landscaped.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They parked my car for me, took all my bags for me, and did every thing for me.

The hotel staff was not very accommodating. We were there for a national conference, and I did not find the staff to be pleasant or helpful with finding our way through the hotel. Also, for the price we paid for the room, there was a large stain on the curtains and the bathroom was unclean. We had also requested a king size bed and there were two double beds. So, the accommodations were tight.

This hotel made me feel secure: There was staff located at every entrance. There were locks on all floors where you had to use your room keys to access the floor and then your room.

The hotel location was perfect. It was centrally located making it easy to get to other parts of DC. The price range of restaurants around the hotel allowed for a wide variety of selections.

The hotel was the center of the meeting so staying there was good.

They offered comprehensive services, the location was too far from downtown, but we received excellent recommendations for dinner from the concierge.

It was fine and I had an enjoyable stay.

The concierge was rather caustic, when asked questions.

It was near the subway entrance and just down the block from the Zoo. The hotel staff was very personable, helpful, gracious, friendly, and gracious. It is one of the best I have stayed at ever. The food offered at all places inside the hotel was very expensive.

This hotel made me feel entertained: We had a big conference at the hotel so we had a costume night with many different decorated rooms and food. One of the other nights we had another event with celebrities and light food.

The battery was dead in the TV and internet keyboard and I did not have time to call and get it repaired. The timing of the fire alarm test was poor. We were trying to hold a business meeting and sirens were going off.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I liked the big room, nice bed, coffee service, and refrigerator.

I always enjoy my stay at this hotel, and consider it worth every penny. The service, ambiance, room quality and location were all fantastic.

It was a beautiful hotel with great rooms and service. It was rather expensive, but that was DC. There were three of us and we reserved two rooms. They gave us a two-bedroom suite in lieu of two rooms at two rooms cost. The suite was incredible, but we had to call four times to get a rollaway bed. They finally returned our call at twelve midnight and delivered it at one am. Other than that, it was a great stay.

I advise other travelers to get a map of the hotel. It can get confusing to navigate around.
