Marriott St Louis Airport Hotel - Page 1

I stayed at this Marriott for business. I have always stayed at Marriotts whenever I travel, so I was looking forward to a nice week. How wrong I was!! The towels were dirty, the iron didn't work, the bed spread smelled and was dirty, and I was bitten by some type of insect each night (confirmed by my doctor) while I slept. When I alerted the Hotel Manager, he was very helpful, UNTIL my doctor confirmed I was bitten by insects. Now I can't get a response. The Hotel Manager did have an exterminator search the room and found no "bed bugs". But my doctor did confirm I was bitten by some type of insect. I am very disappointed the Hotel manager has chosen to ignore this problem. I will never stay there again, and would encourage other not to.

The hotel had a convenient location. I appreciated the positive pleasant attitude of the employees, the fast response time of the room service and the bellhop. They had the most comfortable beds. I will definitely stay there in the future.

This hotel made me feel content: Everything went as planned. There were no surprises. We got an excellent room, with an outstanding bed. The service personnel was very professional and helpful.

It was a convenient location. I would stay there again.

The location was easy to find and close to the airport. The room was excellent, the bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful. Our car was left while we were on our trip and it was safe when we returned.

The room was great. The room service was very slow and the restaurant was very slow and very pricey.
