This hotel made me feel welcome: Very friendly and efficient staff.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Bellman and valet were very helpful and personable during check-in.

I was very pleased with the hotel, especially considering the location next to a major airport.

Did not appear to have adequate number of staff persons present. Staff appeared to be novice in nature and did not see management personnel overseeing service or making sure service was given.

I would choose Marriott first over any other option.

I attended a conference for Braille Transcribers and Educators. The service to the blind attendees was excellent. I heard no complaints from any of the 600+ people who attended the conference.

The Marriott was incredibly clean, the architecture was splendid, the employees were compassionate and friendly, the room was beautifully made up, the interior design was impeccable, the transportation to the airport was efficient, the gift shop had everything.

It's the best in its class - I compare it with the Hilton hotels.

Bed was in poor shape. Otherwise, reasonable.
