I am an unhappy guest: they gave me wrong directions. I called the 1-800-number as soon as I knew I was lost and they told me that I should have brought my own road map. When I let them know that I was solely relying on their expertise, they called me an 'irresponsible customer' which infuriated me. .
This hotel made me feel pampered: I liked this hotel for offering additional service, such as the spa.
