This hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf. The room was pretty, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was no pool but still plenty to do off site at this location.

This is a nice hotel in a very convenient location relative to the Moscone Center. It takes about 2 -3 minutes to walk to the Moscone Center and surrounding attractions. The rooms are nice with updated accommodations and great views (depending on room location). They have a nice bar/restaurant downstairs offers great location to unwind after a long day on the showfloor.

It's in an excellent location for access to the convention center, shopping, Market St. and Union Square. It's close to public transportation, especially BART. The front desk was extremely helpful at check-in. I was booked for a smoking room because that was all that was left, but when I checked in, they were able to find a non-smoking room, and it was a mini-suite!
This hotel made me feel respected: They did everything they could to accommodate me.

The check-in took quite a long time. It was a fairly lovely hotel, though, and I would recommend it to people staying there who can afford it.
This hotel made me feel entertained: Though the nightlife in the hotel wasn't fantastically spectacular, it was pretty good. I enjoyed the downstairs bar, which stayed pretty lively until late hours, which was nice since I keep late hours as well.
