Marriott San Francisco Hotel

The downtown location was great, but the room seemed small for the price. The front desk staff was polite, but not friendly. It seems like a good hotel for a business trip, close to the convention center, but not a vacation destination.

The location is perfectly centralized to all activity within the city and it is always consistent in its service.

It was a wonderful hotel. The executive king room was really great.

Everything was fine. It was close to the conference center. The internet access should be part of the room fee not a separate thing.

The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful in giving information about dining choices nearby. The line to check in was very long. The line to check out was also very long, but an employee pointed out that I could check out at a lobby kiosk. I would recommend using the lobby kiosks for checking in and out.
