Marriott Romulus at Detroit Airport Hotel

The bed was the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept on.

We were pleased. We were super exhausted and angry with the airline and the people who checked us in were very pleasant and prepared to deal with angry travelers. They also had toiletries ready for all of us without supplies. They also offered complimentary items they were supposed to have but they had run out of.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bed was very cozy.

It was convenient to the Detroit airport. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. They were truly a pleasure to deal with. But they must do something about the carpets in the common areas. They remind me of casino carpeting, designed to keep your eyes off of it.

This hotel made me feel important: I was greeted immediately upon entering. Check in was prompt and all my inquiries were answered.

It offered nice accommodations, a friendly front desk staff and a nice restaurant. It was conveniently located near the airport.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk staff was very friendly and they politely assisted with looking up my rewards number, as I did not have it with me. The waitress in the bar was very efficient and friendly.

I was given wrong information about happy hour.
