The hotel was elegant. They provided very good, friendly, helpful service. They made you feel you were important to them. They cheerfully answered any questions we had.

This hotel made me feel content: They made you feel very secure and safe even in a large city.

The staff was very helpful, went out of their way to make you feel at home. The location was perfect for our vacation needs. I highly recommend this hotel for your next vacation.

This hotel made me feel welcome: From arrival to check out, everyone was eager to make us feel at home. The staff held our being there in high regard and treated us like family. The only thing that made us feel like guests was the price of the room, but I'd gladly pay it again to stay at this hotel.

I am very likely to return to the Marriott Rivercenter San Antonio.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location was excellent, the meeting room was quite nice, well lit and with comfortable temperature. The hotel room was luxuriously comfortable with a wonderful view of HemisFair Park and the Alamodome. The location on the Riverwalk and at the RiverCenter was terrific.

This hotel made me feel excited: Staying twenty-one floors above San Antonio is exciting by anyone's standard. The nighttime view was extraordinary!

I am very likely to return to the Marriott Rivercenter San Antonio.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I went to a meeting at the hotel convention center. I did not like the idea of having to leave the hotel and go to another building for the meeting. I'm handicapped -- leaving the building added to the inconvenience.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Marriott Rivercenter San Antonio.
I might recommend it to friends.

Marriot hotels have always provided me with a reliable level of quality. The Rivercenter in San Antonio was well run, and there's nothing wrong with it. The location is very good for sightseeing and for the convention center, though the Marriott River walk next door was a bit better located.

We reserved appliances that weren't in our room. We were compensated with access to the concierge lounge. This was a better benefit than the fridge and microwave would have been.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They gave us access to the concierge lounge. There was a free breakfast, afternoon appetizers, and evening desserts. They also included one free buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The waiter also brought us extra food from the short order area.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Marriott Rivercenter San Antonio.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The staff was very friendly. I liked the nice, clean rooms and the hotel in general. It's in a good location to our convention. I would highly recommend Rivercenter.

This hotel made me feel elegant: It had very nice furnishings. Coffee and tea were offered in the room. The rooms and all areas were very clean.

Even though I reserved ahead of time and asked about the payment method, they had a problem with it when I arrived. If they'd given me the proper information (for which I specifically asked!) before I arrived, this problem would not have occurred.
