52 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
We did not enjoy our stay. Extremely poor quality of rooms. Under renovation and mud, dirt everywhere. 1st room air conditioning was not working, broken furniture, smoker next door, missing light bulbs, coffee pot not working,room was not even stocked with BR items! Also our deck was just outside a VERY noisy fountain............unable to hear conversation and sleep at night.
Requested a room change due to things mentioned above. Was not handled in a professional way-----repeadly stating "all our rooms are booked" and not taking care of the problem. When we did change rooms nearly all of the same problems existed!
We registered a c/o and were ONLY given 75.00 off per night. That hotel was not worth 200.00 night. We are also Marriott owners and were not compensated with points or upgrades etc.
This is a Marriott Hotel? Lacks professionalism and quality.
