Marriott Rancho Las Palmas Resort Resort - Page 1

I can't wait to return! The only reason I didn't give it a perfect ten is the poolside service was slow on the particular Saturday we were there. But the servers, I believe, were trying to do their best! Not a vacant room at all, needless to say, it was packed!! The food was great, our room was just fine (huge flat screen) If you have kids I recommend getting a room close to Splashtopia. Cassandra, Pearl & Tammy are the nicest and helpful room reservation agents. Fernando, Sergio, "Dr." Martin were all very friendly employees. If you plan on spending the weekend and you want a lot of shade, book a cabana a head of time. They were all sold out for our Saturday stay. I believe I saw ac outlets in them. Bring the margarita machine and a small fan to plug in and you would have it made! (check if okay first) Last but not least, they have a hugh screen to play "G" rated movies by the pool for the kids on certain evenings beginning at 7:00.

It was very pretty and well kept. This hotel is a good choice for all the services. It is comfortable, relaxing and it has a great atmosphere.

I have been staying at Rancho Las Palmas since the early 80's...It has always been a nice stay. The rooms have always been clean, the staff superb. I am so excited to see it completely renovated. I am now taking my 4 year old son who enjoys the pool and slide. Their Sunday brunch is yummy!!! This is one place I always return to even though I like to try out other resorts, nothing compares to this one.....

I loved it.

The place is clean, with easy access to the freeways and other entertainment sites.
