Overall, friendly staff, but fairly frustrated with their reservations center. It seems that the individual hotels have greater authority than the reservation staff, requiring me to contact the hotel manager directly for help. What good is having a rese.

My experiences at the marriott hotels in atlanta have always been pleasing, fun, exciting, and very enjoyable, with accommodations for business purposes as well as leisure.

This hotel made me feel respected: Customer service was kind and courteous. Repeated use of considerate and respecful words such as 'thankyou', 'welcome', 'yes/no ma'am' 'excuse me' 'momentarily' etc. , further enhanced with friendly smiles and quick, responsive services.

I am very likely to return to the Marriott Perimeter Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
