We received excellent customer service at the hotel. Upon our next visit to Atlanta we will most likely stay at this hotel.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Because it was our first visit to the hotel they welcomed us to the hotel by giving us champagne and ice cream via room service.

The food is expensive, but decent for a convenient meal. A mall is in walking distance that has a nice food court during the open hours. The shuttles conveniently stop near the entrance.

It was very nice. There were some loud guests over the weekend.

My room was very small and there was construction very close to my room, as well as close to major interstate. The construction woke me up earlier than I had planned to get up and the interstate kept me awake for quite a while after I had retired. The price was too high and they did not even include a complimentary breakfast. I do not plan to stay here again.

My last three stays there had been with no ashtrays in the smoking rooms. Then, it was a lengthy problem to get one.
