Front desk staff were less friendly than I expected upon check-in. The manager seemed agitated.

Although they were going through renovations they were very pleasant and helped in finding an eating place nearby and made reservations for us.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They knew I was a rewards silver member and acknowledge it.
