It was a great experience, and I will stay at the Orlando World Center Convention Center if possible when I return to Orlando.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The front desk agent was very friendly when I checked in. She brought the manager to meet me, and was able to select an additional service for me for being a loyalty member.

Marriott seems for forget about it's 'regular' guests when a large group is at the hotel.

We are grateful for a wonderful time at the bridge tournament held in their establishment. The restaurants were the best of those we have visited in the Marriott chain. It felt good to be recognized even though I'm retired.

This hotel made me feel respected: We arrived late and were given an upgrade because they were out of rooms in our category. We had notified them we would be late and have stayed with Marriott many times.

Very poor treatment. I requested handicapped access and did not receive it. I complained to management and received no help. I would have left if it was not part of a package deal. I used to schedule several seminars in Marriott facilities. I have been rescheduling them.

I was surprised that they do not treat platinum members a little better. Also, they do not offer a 'lock-out' for overnight travel to other locations, making it difficult to have to pack up and move out for a single overnight stay elsewhere.
