The staff was generally curt and inattentive. Phone service after regular hours was slow, and on numerous times, the phone would ring 10+ before someone would answer.

It was very nice, except that the hotel was huge. I'm slightly disabled, and the walk to the pool/outdoor area was very far. It would have been nice to have a closer outdoor area where I could have sat and read/relaxed.
