The stay was very nice. I enjoyed myself.

The palace was very nice and close to Disney.

The location was beautiful. You can ask if you needed something. The staff was very helpful when I had a problem. It was fixed quickly. The staff was courteous. My room was cleaned in a time appropriate manner. The swimming and other outdoor activities were wonderful.

The bill was inaccurate at check out. All three people in room were overcharged by a significant amount. The front desk straightened it out quickly, but it was inconvenient. Food was extremely high-priced; lower priced options would have been appreciated. The lines for coffee breaks (Starbucks) and lunch were extremely long. I would have expected better planning for a conference center.
