They had a very organized staff. They handled problems in a very efficient manner. The visitor's desk tended to send you to high-end restaurants. They had multi-lingual employees on staff, if the need arose.

This hotel made me feel content: They ensured that I knew about the nightly fireworks at Universal Studios, so we could watch for our room window. The room service handled all complaints or problems in a fast and efficient manner. The front desk staff was very friendly and handled all requests to leave messages for friends and associates, no matter the time in a professional and enthusiastic manner.

It was an excellent property, well appointed and with comfortable large rooms.

All was good, everything was as expected.

The pool was phenomenal and was a fantastic attraction. The on-site restaurants were a bit too pricey, but still had great food and were decent values. I also enjoyed the pool DJ. The activities for the kids were a nice touch.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: It was truly a resort. The activities and pool gave it a cruise-type feel. Seeing Disney World from my balcony was nice. It felt like I was staying in a high-priced condo.
