Marriott Oakland City Center Convention Center Hotel

The staff at this hotel is very efficient and generally friendly. Like most hotels, everyone has their hand out for tips. The location is nice for exploring, only a few blocks from Jack London Square and China Town and, you can catch the BART to San Francisco simply by crossing the street right outside the hotel.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They have quite a stable front desk staff and they recognize me each time I stay with them. Even the bell staff recognizes me and treats me well. I am usually rewarded with the best view rooms available.

It was a great location next to a BART station. It was an old hotel, but in good condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even at four o'clock in the morning.

It's within easy access to the downtown area, and a short walk to Jack London Square

The accommodations are great for a trip with nicely sized rooms and comfortable sleeping arrangements.

The room was spacious and clean. It's probably the nicest hotel in downtown Oakland. It's close to everything.

It has a friendly staff and is a well run hotel. The restaurant menu was a bit dull and over-priced. Otherwise, it is a very good hotel.
