Directions to the hotel were unclear from the Web site, but I was quite satisfied once I got there. I found the staff to be helpful for the most part. I had a view of the pool, but unfortunately did not take advantage of it. I would happily stay there again.

This hotel made me feel content: I was greeted by a friendly and helpful person at check-in. Check-in went quickly, even though I was early for check in but late arriving for an event I was to attend. My questions were answered quickly. My room was quite comfortable.

I am very likely to return to the Marriott North Columbus.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I was very happy with my stay. The staff was very friendly. However, the items in the vending machines and store are way too overpriced.

This hotel made me feel welcome: When we checked in the desk clerk was very friendly. She took time to explain their rewards program and made it easy to sign up.

I am very likely to return to the Marriott North Columbus.

The staff was courteous and very helpful. The room was clean. But the bed was hard and uncomfortable.

The hotel room was outdated and dark. I paid $9.95 for a high-speed data port that did not work consistently. I stayed in the Pittsburgh Airport Marriot the night before and had an outstanding experience so I wouldn't classify the hotel chain as bad. Overall, Marriott is a very nice chain to stay. They have very friendly staff.
