Marriott North Columbus Hotel

The front desk person would not correct the problem of the credit card to pay for the room. For some reason it would only take an America Express. We had a Chase credit card that was used all day and the front desk person would not go out of her way to see why it would not take the card and we did not have a problem with that Chase card anywhere else except at this hotel. I checked with the credit card company that night and the card was fine. The person was rude.

The hotel has a wonderful and knowledgeable staff.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They went out of their way to make us comfortable. The staff was very knowledgeable about the local amenities.

It was a fantastic room with a wonderfully comfortable king size bed!

This is a beautiful hotel. Every employee we encountered treated us very friendly. Our room was tastefully decorated and clean. The bathroom was huge and filled with lovely creams and lotions.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We arrived earlier than expected and the gentleman at the front desk arranged to have our room prepared sooner for us to avoid a long wait. We were offered coffee and a beautiful seating area in which to wait.

As a smoker, I hate the fact that this hotel offers no smoking rooms. The law in Ohio allows for hotels to have these rooms and since the Marriott hotel chooses not to accommodate smokers, I will no longer stay there.
