We have stayed there every year for the past years. We have always enjoyed it. The location is great! Service is great! We love it!

I am very likely to return to the Marriott New York at the Brooklyn Bridge.

26 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I was pleased with the location of this hotel near the subway. I was displeased that there was no airport shuttle and no place to store luggage on the day of checkout. The staff was very friendly and conversational and the concierge was really helpful.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff seemed eager to meet my needs, and didn't make me wait around (or apologized if they did). The concierge made me a priority and gave me choices. The staff would even joke around with me at times.

I am very likely to return to the Marriott New York at the Brooklyn Bridge.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This hotel was not the best location to hold a convention: it was difficult to get to by car, it had poor parking and poor access to the entrance, and it was expensive. The staff was friendly and helpful. It had poor Internet connectivity for a high price!

I am somewhat likely to return to the Marriott New York at the Brooklyn Bridge.
I might recommend it to friends.

Marriott is a very good hotel chain, and I would recommend it to anyone. It's a bit pricey in New York, but everything is. It was a decent stay at a decent facility.

This hotel is in a great location to access my client's office by subway. It's much cheaper than the Marriott Financial Center, but just as easy to access the client's office.

The hotel was nice, but the rooms no longer have any bar or snack amenities, and room service is extremely slow. Individual control of room temperature is 'on/off' only, making the room extremely uncomfortable.
