Sometimes the financial district hotel ends up shorthanded at the front desk. They also lack doormen at busy hours (such as check in/out hours). It can be an inconvenience.

Getting information by calling the front desk was difficult. I got transferred, disconnected, etc. I found that aspect very unprofessional.
