I use this hotel for its location and the consistent good service provided.

Even though downtown it's in a good location and easy to get around. The staff was friendly and they worked to fix problems promptly, such as a problem with the turn down service and billing.

It was very comfortable but a bit expensive. The hotel bar was a nice place to get a drink as well as food.

This hotel is very good for business in the financial area, it overlooks Ground Zero. There are few things close outside of the hotel that can be done in the evenings.
