This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk staff was attentive when we arrived.

They worked hard to find a room during a busy time. They looked at other hotels around to find one for me.

This hotel made me feel important: The staff has already anticipated my needs upon arrival. For example, parking is a major issue so they met me quickly. The also valet had the car ready and waiting upon check-out.

The Eastside is too noisy on the street side. Can you put in better window systems to help block the street noise?

This hotel made me feel pampered: The staff quickly learned my name, my interests, my dislikes, etc. I was impressed. It's a big hotel and they had so many people to keep track of! Kudos!
