58 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for business
The staff was much more professional than what I would have expected. I deal with people on a daily basis and these were some of the best.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was the best I have encountered. They acknowledge you with a smile and were very efficient in granting your requests.

The staff was downright unfriendly. You couldn't get service at all. I have stayed in New Orleans many times and have never encountered such poor service. Also, our room wasn't cleaned on one of the days we were there.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The rooms are very good and the beds are quite comfortable.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: They were expensive, but it was during the Sugar Bowl, so everything was expensive.

41 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I was there with a convention and we will be there again this year. I am really looking forward to it.
This hotel made me feel welcome: Everyone was doing all they could to help us get to our room and provide us with information as we needed it. They were a great source of information on restaurants outside the hotel. We will be staying with them again.

58 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
It was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The hotel had very courteous and friendly personnel. The food at the function ran out--we were near the end of the buffet line and had little left to eat. I thought the cash bar at the expensive reception was a bad move.
This hotel made me feel secure: Being in well traveled area, there was lots of activity both in the hotel and outside.

It was a great hotel and the front desk was very knowledgeable about the New Orleans area.
