Marriott Nashville Airport Hotel

The staff was very friendly and accomodating just like we had read in reviews.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean.

The food in the restaurant was delicious.

The room was very pretty, updated and had the newest style bedding.

The hotel was packed with at least two conferences, but yet everything seemed to run very smoothly.

I can't say enough good things about it.

The bathrooms were bit small and need a little updating, but were very clean and warm. I am very particular and had no problem taking a nice hot bath in th tub. I can only hope future stays at other Marriotts are as satisfying.

Water was abruptly shut off in the middle of showering and it stayed off for one and a half hours while I stood covered with soap. I found two live cockroaches in the room and I killed them myself. The hotel chain offered little or no compensation for the many inconveniences. I would never stay in another Marriott hotel anywhere after this disastrous stay and I would recommend others to not stay there either.

I thought the hotel would be much closer to the airport than it actually was. It was kind of in the middle of nowhere.
