It was good overall, but the hotel was very crowded and room service had a one-hour delay, so we didn't use it. They also sent us to an occupied room upon check in, and we had to return to the desk to get another room.

The reservation was confirmed by my secretary prior to departure yet I had to wait thirty minutes in the lobby for my room. The gym had broken down equipment. I understand things happen so I never filed a complaint. But I would if I went to the same Marriott and I found the same conditions again.
